Enquiries
The contact form requests your name, email address, area of interest and message. A business or school name is optional. These details are intended for responding to your enquiry and discussing the services you request. Please do not submit passwords, confidential business records or personal information about children.
Academy registrations
The registration form on an Academy program page asks for a parent or guardian’s name, email address, mobile number and city; class preferences; and each child’s first name, age and area of interest, with optional notes. It is completed by a parent or guardian, who confirms their consent before submitting. These details are used to arrange and run the child’s enrolment.
Registrations are stored on MejorTech’s web hosting, outside the public website, where only MejorTech administrators can view them. They are kept for as long as needed to arrange and run the enrolment. Contact us to correct or delete a registration at any time.
Free demo class bookings
The free demo class form asks for a parent or guardian’s name, email address and mobile number, the child’s first name and age, and when a demo would suit you. It is completed by a parent or guardian, who confirms their consent before submitting. These details are used to arrange the demo class and to follow up about the program. They are stored with MejorTech’s other website records, outside the public website, where only MejorTech administrators can view them, and are deleted on request. If you book through Calendly instead, Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to the details you give them.
Online payments
Fees paid online are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. You enter your card or bank details on Paystack’s secure checkout, not on this website, and MejorTech never receives them. We receive confirmation of the payment, including the amount, date, payment method and a reference, which we keep with the registration. Paystack’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
Delivery and security
The contact form sends an enquiry to MejorTech’s designated mailbox through the hosting mail service. It does not save your message in a website database. Temporary rate-limit records use a hashed network address to reduce automated abuse. Hosting providers may also maintain access and security logs.
Analytics and cookies
This build does not load advertising scripts, Google Analytics or third-party tracking cookies. If analytics is introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls should be updated before it is enabled.
Questions about your information
Use the contact page to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion. Avoid including the original sensitive information in a new message.
