The same process we use with clients shapes how we work internally: understand the problem, agree a first step, review the work together, then hand it over properly. You will be asked what you think, and expected to say so.
Curiosity, care for the people who use what we build, and the habit of finishing things. Formal qualifications matter less than work you can talk us through and explain the decisions behind.
Some of the team build software, AI, automation and data work for businesses. Some teach children, teenagers and schools. Several do both, and the teaching tends to sharpen the building.
